Fantastic community to live in. The leasing process was super simple and Staff was very easy to work with! Neighbors are quiet and the amenities are a big plus. Definitely recommend checking out the Wendell

I have been a resident at The Wendell since it opened in the fall of 2016. Management and staff are friendly and very responsive, as is the maintenance team. It's a great place to live, the apartments are high quality, and the community is quiet and embracing.

I have lived at the Wendell for the past 8 months and it has been by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at! The staff is absolutely incredible. The office manager is so nice and always answers all my questions and concerns. The maintenance guys are very nice and very quick and know what they’re doing.
