Floor Plans

I've been living here at The Wendell going on 3yrs and I absolutely love it!!!!!! I remember my search 3yrs ago and The Wendell was the last place I visited. I knew this was the place for me as soon as I pulled in the parking lot! My mom always says, you know when you know, and I knew!!!!!! The property is beautiful, well kept, and very clean! The entire staff does a great job keeping up on the property! And speaking of the staff, EVERYONE is beyond great!!!!

I have lived here for a little over a year now and I really do enjoy it. The staff is very friendly and Management is quick to answer any questions I have. Maintenance is also quick to help when needed. I personally love the location. Small town feel but close to the city.
