I have lived at the Wendell for the past 8 months and it has been by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at! The staff is absolutely incredible. Jules is so nice and always answers all my questions and concerns. The maintenance guys are very nice and very quick and know what they’re doing. It’s very peaceful and very well kept.

I've been living here at The Wendell going on 3yrs and I absolutely love it!!!!!! I remember my search 3yrs ago and The Wendell was the last place I visited. I knew this was the place for me as soon as I pulled in the parking lot! My mom always says, you know when you know, and I knew!!!!!! The property is beautiful, well kept, and very clean! The entire staff does a great job keeping up on the property! And speaking of the staff, EVERYONE is beyond great!!!!

I have lived here for a little over a year now and I really do enjoy it. The staff is very friendly and Management is quick to answer any questions I have. Maintenance is also quick to help when needed. I personally love the location. Small town feel but close to the city.
